Q1: Are you a trading company or a manufacturer?
A: We are a manufacturer in Jiangsu, China.

Q2: Can you accept sample orders?
A: Yes. A sample order is available for quality check and testing. Please contact us and let us know what sample you need. Cost and freight of the sample shall be borne by the buyer.

Q3: What's the normal lead time?
A:Sample: 3-7working days; In stock: 7-14days; Customized products: 14-30 days.

Q4: Do you have the OEM & ODM service?
A: Yes, we can accept OEM& ODM service, such as logo, color, module customized, and so on.

Q5: What are your payment terms?
A: We only accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) payment. Full payment is required after order confirmation and before shipment.

Q6: How can I place the order?
A: After confirming the product parameters, please confirm the Proforma Invoice (PI) and make full payment. We will then arrange the production order and ship the goods upon completion of production.

Q7: How do we control the quality?
A: We will make samples before mass production and test them. After the sample is approved, we will begin mass production, doing 100% inspection during production, and then do random inspection before shipping.
